3. STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: LAND & LOCATION APPROVAL

  • Select location in approved zone
  • Ensure distance from:
    • Residential areas
    • Schools
    • Water bodies
  • Get Zoning Clearance from Municipality

STEP 2: BUILDING PERMISSION

  • Submit building plan
  • Get approval from Local Body
  • Construct facility as per hygiene norms

STEP 3: POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD APPROVAL

Apply for:

  1. Consent to Establish (CTE)
  2. Consent to Operate (CTO)

STEP 4: VETERINARY & ANIMAL WELFARE APPROVAL

  • Register with local Veterinary Department
