2. KEY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Minimum road width: 5m / 7m / 10m (depends on layout size)
  • Open space reservation (OSR): mandatory for large layouts

  • No violation of Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR)

3. STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION PROCESS
