  1. Photograph of Installation Location (before installation)
  2. Distance Certificate (from road, junction, signals)

D. Safety & Compliance Documents

  1. NOC from:
  • Police Department
  • Fire & Safety Department
  • PWD / Road Authority (if near road)
  1. Electricity Clearance (if illuminated hoarding)
  2. Traffic Safety Clearance (important for junction areas)

E. Financial Documents

  1. Fee Payment Receipt
  2. Advertisement Tax Payment Proof
  3. Agreement Copy (if rented advertisement space)

 3. STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION PROCESS
